My name is Kristen and I'm a regular 30-something living in the Midwest. I'm an introvert and a homebody. I would pick staying home in my sweats watching tv with my trusty sidekick, my yorkie Woodson, over doing actual things any day. I'm not outgoing, but I'm not shy. I'm confident in my own skin. I dress the way I want to dress and wear my makeup and hair in the ways that I like. I don't do things for other people, I do them for myself. I don't worry about what other people think of me.
I've been with my high school sweetheart since 2003. We've been through a lot together - high school, long-distance, college, buying our first home, getting married, and now we're embarking on the journey of parenthood.
Life is full of ups and downs. There are funny moments and there are scary ones. I want to share all of these moments with people because so often we feel that we're completely alone while we're going through certain thoughts or experiences. This is my unfiltered and unedited view of what life is like in my shoes.
